Director – Appraisals Specialist

The founder of Artistry, Barney has over a decade of experience in our region’s property market. His commitment to exceptional personal service, attention to detail and success in selling some of the finest homes in the area, has made him first choice with many loyal clients. Barney oversees the sales process of clients’ homes, recommending asking prices, handling negotiations and advising on any complex matters if they arise, as well as dealing with certain viewings and providing market updates. He is a member of Propertymark and has a keen interest in listed and period properties as well as individual contemporary design.

Office Manager

A graduate from the University of Leeds, Deanna studied Fine Art and has a passion for design and drawing, her creative flair being an invaluable asset to our business. She is highly organised and efficient, ensuring excellent client relations and the smooth running of our Bedford office. Along with advising clients on certain day-to-day matters, Deanna oversees the production of property details for each home we represent, arranges appointments and diligently handles sales progression once deals have been agreed.

Viewings Guide

Louise spent many years supporting children’s learning in both mainstream and special schools and has also run her own business within the hospitality industry. She loves meeting new people and has a great interest in property, recently renovating her own Victorian town house. Louise typically visits each home before viewings to meet the owners.

Property Writer

A graduate from Aston Business School, Tim has an interest in architecture old and new, a background in design and a passion for our area, all of which shine through in property descriptions that resonate with prospective buyers. His unique writing captures the essence of the home and the lifestyle it offers. Tim also writes editorial for the property press to obtain the widest possible exposure for Artistry homes.

Marketing Assistant

Diane is integral to the development of our marketing strategy and the promotion of the Artistry brand to buyers and sellers alike.

Videographer

Ed produces stunning videos of homes and locations for Artistry. He is an exceptional videographer, creative director and editor, and a valued member of the team. Apart from Ed’s exclusive work for Artistry in the property industry, his company, Ed Jones Creative, represents other top brands and successful performers nationwide.

Photographer

A graduate from the Birmingham Institute of Art and Design and our preferred photographer, Dean produces beautifully composed and carefully lit photos to best sell Artistry homes. Whilst Dean advises on final room staging, it is worth referring to our website page ‘Preparing your home for sale’ before his visit. Dean’s photography is second to none.
